DIRECTOR, HR BUSINESS PARTNER
Reporting directly into Scripps Corporate HR, with dotted line reporting to the station General Manager, this position serves as the on-site HR resource to WXYZ-TV and is responsible for executing Scripps HR strategy as well as delivering on local strategic business objectives. With the support of Scripps Corporate Centers of Excellence this individual oversees implementation of Scripps programs in the following disciplines: talent management and development, training, employee relations, organization development, compensation, and labor relations. This position requires knowledge of business and management principles involved in all facets of HR, including change management and organizational development.
